Wired4FUN! Locations!
From sandy, sun-soaked Aruba to the banks
of the mighty Mississippi River in La Crosse, Wisconsin, to
mega-mall hotels in Bloomington, Minnesota, to kid-and conventioneer-friendly
Orlando, Florida -- and spots in-between -- Wired4FUN! is
changing the way hotels understand how their guests communicate
while away from home. Business travelers stand in lines in
lobbies during conferences waiting to use the fast, easy-to-use
Web-based service during their breaks. Leisure travelers in
swimsuits and other outdoor wear stop by to quickly check
e-mail or to send photos to friends and family back home.
In rooms, guests at our locations use the service
for work, to catch up on personal bill-paying and shopping,
to e-mail friends and family. What's more, families use the
service so that one child can use the television while another
uses Wired4FUN to keep connected to the gang at home or to
play games or watch a DVD. The in-room service also allows
business travelers to perform specific work tasks and to print
out various documents for review and updating.
For three years now, hotels with the in-room
service find that guests
consistently stay on-line for more than two hours per day
and sometimes as much as three to four hours. Hotels find
that guests return specifically because the Wired4FUN! service
is available and will request room with the Web-based computer
system. All in all, Wired4FUN! offers a simple, inexpensive
and exquisite way to build guest loyalty.
